PMH May have coping strategies, oh yah, and information handouts but that is not a support group. There are many people living in the Westman area with many types of arthritis. Why isn’t there a coffee group to just vent about how much your joints ache when the weather changes or Omega 3 really worked or didn’t or to have someone who really does understand your pain because they are living it too.
