    Hey ebrandon, I will be boarding a flight next week in Winnipeg for the very first time. Residing in Brandon, how early should I leave? I know I must account for the drive, aswell as city traffic, and security etc… thanks for your help!

    Winnipeg advise 2 hours for domestic flights and 3 hours for international. Would allow 2.5 hours to get to Winnipeg and personally would take the Center Port and come down the 90 to the airport. Therefore leave 4.5 or 5.5 hours before your flight.

    I agree with the person above. Assuming it is a domestic flight, although two hours is plenty of time ahead I like to get to the Wpg airport two hours ahead. I like to be at the airport calmly waiting rather than stressing out on the way there.  
    Especially since it’s your first time you want to allow a little bit of leeway.

    Have you figured out your parking?  
     
    The Brandon Air shuttle is a great option too. Then you don't need to worry about your car.  
     
    You can call them. They are very helpful.
