Police say a woman was pushed to the ground and groped to her lower body by a man who was riding a bike at around 12:45 a.m. Sunday.
Officers say the sexual assault happened in a back lane in the 900 block of Jubilee Avenue.
The 27-year-old woman told police she was walking when she heard someone riding a bike nearby and moments later she felt someone's hands on her waist and was pushed to the ground. Police say the suspect pulled at the woman's jacket and groped her lower body.
Police say the woman had a friend walking nearby, but was not able to help as the incident ended quickly because the woman yelled and the suspect fled on his bike.
Police say the victim went to hospital and was treated for minor injuries from being pushed to the ground. She was also treated for injuries sustained from the groping to her lower body.
The suspect is described as a male 20 to 30 years old, 5'5" to 5'7" tall with a slim to medium build and blonde hair, say police. It is believed he was wearing a blue sweater or jacket, a white or grey baseball hat and was riding a black or blue coloured bike.
