A blaze ripped through a two-storey rooming home in the Spence neighbourhood early Thursday morning, causing an estimated $200,000 in damage.
Fire crews were called to the 500 block of Furby Street around 3 a.m.
No injuries were reported, said officials.
Furby Street was closed between Sargent and Ellice while crews were on scene.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
