Administrative Assistant - Full Time, Term
Virden Ag & Parts is looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to Our Team to provide coverage during a parental leave.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to the Office Manager including front line customer communication and inventory control. You?ll assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed.
Some Saturday work is required from April to November during our extended hours.
Skills & Experience
Strong Communication Skills
Great time management
High Attention to Detail
Ability to self-motivate
Experience with Microsoft suite of products including Outlook and Excel
Previous administrative experience would be considered as asset
Term
This is a term position; commencing immediately and concluding in March 2027
Who We Are
Virden Ag celebrated 5 years in business on September 9, 2025. In addition to KIOTI Tractors, we offer a full line of lawn and garden equipment from STIHL and Cub Cadet, and Ag equipment from several brands including Vermeer, Farm King and Mandako. We employ a team of 8 full-time and several part-time staff. Our current location at 560 Commonwealth Drive, Virden, MB was completed in December 2022, offering 4,000 square feet of showroom, parts and office space, with a 3 bay service shop.
