Parts & Warehouse Manager
We are seeking an experienced Parts & Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and equipment/parts management for our moving and construction teams. This role ensures our crews have the materials, tools, and vehicle parts they need to work efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, and stock levels
- Receive, organize, and distribute materials, parts, and tools
- Purchase and track parts for vehicles, moving equipment, and construction tools
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing
- Supervise warehouse staff and enforce safety procedures
- Coordinate materials and equipment for jobsite and moving crew deployment
Qualifications:
- Warehouse, inventory, or parts management experience
- Experience in moving, construction, or fleet maintenance is a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred)
- Basic computer and inventory software proficiency
- Experience with Fiix CMMS system is a plus
