About the Role
Quarry Hills Excavation & Gravel specializes in gravel, sewer and water, and earthworks. We take pride in delivering efficient, reliable service and are currently seeking an On-Call Snow Shoveller to support our team throughout the winter season. This role is strictly on-call and weather-dependent, with availability required seven days per week for both day and night shifts.
For the right candidate, this position may transition into full-time summer employment in landscaping.
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver?s License
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools is an asset
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use equipment and tools to clear sidewalks (e.g., shovels, snowblowers)
