Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM -5:00 PM
Starting at $22.00/hour, negotiable based on experience
We are looking for a friendly, organized team member to handle reception duties and assist customers
with parts and order support in our busy shop.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls professionally
-Greet customers and assist with inquiries
- Help customers look up parts and supplies
-Enter orders, invoices, and customer information
- Data entry and general office administration
- Assist with invoicing and records
-Communicate with shop staff to ensure customer needs are met
Required Skills & Experience:
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Comfortable using computers and office software
-Accurate and efficient data entry
- Ability to learn parts, products, and basic technical information
-Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Previous office, customer service, or parts counter experience is an asset
- QuickBooks Online experience is an asset
