What We're Looking For:
The Seasonal Loader Operator is responsible for transporting RVs to and from the wash bay, technician bays, and demo row. This role also includes maintaining the lot and ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required. This is a seasonal position beginning approximately March 2026 and concluding in November 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Move all RV units to and from technician bays and wash bays in a timely manner
- Hook up and unhook customer units
- Deliver units to sublet shops using a loader or truck
- Organize sales and customer units on the lot and extend slides as required
- Move sales and customer units from the front of the store upon arrival; label customer drop-offs and assign stock numbers to sales units (clear identification is required on all units)
- Store units appropriately
- Move units to accommodate mowing and snow removal
- Report all property and unit damage immediately
- Handle units with care, raising and lowering gently to reduce the risk of damage (e.g., jacks, jack legs, and feet)
- Use caution when traveling on the lot to reduce the risk of accidents involving customers or staff
- Unload freight and move tin crates for the parts department
- Mow the sales lot during summer months
Core Competencies and Qualifications:
- Previous loader operator experience (minimum one year preferred)
- Front-end loader training (preferred)
- Valid driver?s license
- Strong communication skills
- Accountability and dependability
- Time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
