Job Opportunity: Project Manager/Designer ? Impact Tile Drainage
Location: Manitoba (travel required throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan)

Impact Tile Drainage is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. We are a leading provider of tile drainage solutions, committed to helping farmers improve field productivity and manage water effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surveying and designing tile drainage systems using modern technologies
- Managing provincial permitting processes for drainage projects in Manitoba and Saskatchewan
- Coordinating with clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies
- Ensuring projects meet all regulatory and environmental requirements
- Leading field assessments, data collection, and layout planning
- Overseeing the implementation of drainage plans in collaboration with our installation crews
Qualifications:
- Related experience or post secondary education in Agriculture and/or experience or post secondary education in GIS Systems.
- Must have competent computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, Excel, design software, Gmail, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Interest in learning and applying technologies such as GPS, LIDAR, surveying techniques and willingness to take additional training as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver?s license and willingness to travel as needed
