Pro Works Painting is full service, interior and exterior painting company based in Brandon and services surrounding areas. We are committed to delivering high quality painting services to our residential & commercial clients, as well as creating a safe and collaborative work experience for our team.
We are hiring painters for this upcoming painting season, full time from May to September with potential to be kept on year-round. Experience within a labour position or within the painting industry is an asset but not necessary, those who are eager to learn a new skill and have a strong work ethic are the ideal applicants. Access to a vehicle is required to get jobsite to jobsite.
Job Description:
We are seeking hard working individuals who want to earn what they are worth! As a painter you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality experience to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Applying paints / stains to interior and exterior projects
- Utilizing a variety of painting techniques to achieve desired results
- Communicate with clients in a professional and polite manner
- Maintaining a clean and tidy jobsite at all times
- Collaborating with jobsite managers to plan and execute painting projects
- Inspecting surfaces for defects and implementing appropriate fixes
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
Qualifications:
- Hard working and self motivated
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work from heights
