Salary: Hourly Wage ? based on experience. $25-$30+
Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Farm Labourer to assist with various agricultural tasks on our grain farm. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, enjoy working outdoors, and be comfortable with some manual labor. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. Must be comfortable with operating various machinery, and capable of minor mechanical repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
? Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
? Operating and maintaining farm equipment and tools
? Loading grain for transport
? Cleaning and maintaining work areas, shop and equipment
? Following health and safety regulations and farm policies
? Assisting with other general farm duties as needed
Requirements:
? Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing
? Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
? Basic knowledge of farm equipment operation is an asset (training provided if necessary)
? Valid Class 5 license is required, Class 1 would be preferred
