25' long fifth wheel. All appliances work good. Has one bed at the front and a bunk bed in the back, table and couches fold out for more spots to sleep. Has awning but no AC unit installed. Winterized. Hitch not included.
Has a water pipe leak in the back that needs to be repaired with a section of the floor replaced around where the leak was, roof had a leak but was repaired a few years ago and hasn't leaked since, should be a easy repair for someone handy.
