The cottage is connected to the town water & sewer system. The water runs through a reverse osmosis system and is safe to drink
You can bring your boat and kayak etc. and park them on the shore line
Parking is available on the property for two vehicles
The cottage is within walking distance to the townsite of Sandy Lake that includes: Co-op Grocery Store, Restaurant, Hotel/Vendor, Liquor/Convenience Store, Laundry Facility, Hair Salon, Credit Union, Garage, Gift Store and walking distance to the main dock/beach area.

Sorry no pets are allowed on the property and no smoking is allowed inside the cottage
The cottage is located 20 minutes from Riding Mountain National Park, 50 minutes from Dauphin, 1 hour from Brandon and 2-1/2 hours from Winnipeg
Contact us for a seasonal rental rate. Rental dates are available from June 1 to Sept 30 for a single family.
Minimum 30 day rental required
No parties are allowed and no fireworks. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am. The cottage is located in a family area with great neighbors.
