I am seeking short-term renters.
Short-term means one semester or a rental of one to three months due to work commitments.
Bedroom B:
The rent is $825.00 per month for a maximum of three months.
$825 includes a private bedroom with a Twin-size bed, a desk and a chair for studying, and sheets and pillows. This bedroom is on the main floor, and you will share the bathroom with up to two others.
Renters have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, basement area, and internet. Parking is available if you have a vehicle. Laundry facilities are on-site. The rent covers the private bedroom, shared use of common spaces, use of the owner's dishes (respectfully maintained), internet, hydro, and water. During spring, summer, and fall, grass cutting is included; winter pathway shovelling is provided. A parking space at the back is available for your vehicle.
Acceptance depends on reference checks, proof of attendance at school, and income or employment verification.
Please specify your intended length of stay and which room you want.
Located close to the University of Brandon and the Assiniboine Community College North campus.
Nearby coffee shops, Sobeys, and an Indian restaurant across the street.
Several churches are within walking distance.
There is a dog on the property. He is very friendly but needs to get to know you first.
Since this is a short-term rental, if you plan to attend another semester of school, the contract will need renewal, provided both landlord and tenant are satisfied. Be prepared to renew in advance; otherwise, the room may be rented to someone else.
