Our units are all 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, approximately 950 sq ft, and feature an open-concept kitchen and living room, a large laundry room, and a deck/balcony. Each unit comes equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, A/C, and HVAC.
The monthly rent is $1325.00, plus a $45.00 parking fee. Hydro is the tenant's responsibility (average $100-150/month depending on usage), and water is included.
