What you?ll do: The Ag Administration Clerk is responsible for fertilizer receiving and billing, account reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, coordinating deferred financing programs, and reporting.

Key Job Responsibilities include:
? Provide exceptional customer service to producers, customers, and fellow team members
? Provide comprehensive support to the Ag team and managers
? Fertilizer receiving and billing
? Coordinate deferred financing programs
? Accounts payable/receivable
? Account reconciliation
? Data entry
? Organize data and prepare reports
Who you are:
? You have a high school diploma, with post-secondary degree or diploma in agriculture or related field considered an asset.
? You have 3+ years of experience in administration
? You have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
? You have proven effective communication skills; both verbal and written
? You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a Team
