We take pride in providing efficient, reliable service and are currently looking to add an experienced and reliable Excavator Operator to our dynamic team.
Requirements
- Experienced excavator operator with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Able to operate and manage a crew in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid Class 1 Driver's Licence is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks.
- Pre-operational checks, including cleaning, lubricating and refilling, as necessary.
- Adherence to safety policies and procedures, including preparing and completing safety reports and documentation.
- Ensuring that company equipment and materials are well-maintained, kept clean, and stored appropriately.
- Direct contact with management and contractors.
- Assigning duties and managing a crew in a fast-paced environment.
