Lead Service Electrician / Foreman

This is not just another service position. This is a foreman-level role where you will be the go-to person in the field?supporting electricians, solving problems, and keeping jobs moving without constant direction.
You?ll handle a mix of higher-level service calls, troubleshooting, and field support. You won?t be stuck doing basic repetitive work all day?you?ll be trusted to think, lead, and take ownership.
What you?ll be doing:
- Supporting and leading service electricians in the field
- Troubleshooting and handling more complex service calls
- Keeping jobs running efficiently and solving issues on the fly
- Working closely with dispatch to keep the day organized
- Helping develop apprentices and less experienced techs
What we?re looking for:
- Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal preferred)
- Strong service and troubleshooting experience
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn?t wait to be told what to do
- Leadership mindset (experience is a bonus, not required)
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
What you?ll get:
