J&M Industries is looking for Full-Time Labourers.
J&M Industries manufactures and installs chain-link, ornamental, and weld sire fences and gates.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload supplies from trucks manually and with the use of equipment
- A safety-oriented work ethic supported by experience in the labor industry
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines and follow instructions
- Preparing fencing for installation
- Installation of fencing in both residential and commercial settings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be Motivated, Energetic and Reliable to work
- Must Possess a Valid Canadian Drivers Licence
- Must be able to attend an in-person interview
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Combination of standing, walking, bending, crouching and kneeling
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including hot, rainy, cold and windy
- Demonstrate the right attitude and work as a part of a team
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Experience with fencing would be an asset but willing to train
