Who we are looking for:
The Clarion Hotel & Suites is searching for a Line Cook. This position will require the ability to
take control of situations and adapt to regular interruptions. Time management and
organizational skills are crucial. Experience within the food service industry is an asset. The
successful candidate must be available for evening and weekend shifts and will be scheduled
for closing shifts.
What you will learn:
Candidate will attend company courses and workshops.
Position Summary:
Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, initiate and promote consistency and maintain high
quality food services. Ensure all food leaving the kitchen is up to recipe standards and
completed in a timely manner. The position will require the thorough completion of kitchen
closing duties. The position also requires assistance with preparation of food for banquet
events.
