NOW HIRING Part-Time Medical Receptionist for Physio First Virden
Physio First is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Virden location.
We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a busy healthcare environment.
Responsibilities include:
Handling general reception and administrative duties
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
Scheduling, confirming, and managing patient appointments
Greeting patients and providing patient care and customer service
Maintaining accurate patient information and office records
Light cleaning of clinic
Monitoring and maintaining clinic inventory
Assisting physiotherapists with other duties as required
The ideal candidate:
Is personable, professional and compassionate
Has excellent organizational and communication skills
Is dependable and able to multitask in a busy environment
Works well independently as well as part of a team
Has strong attention to detail
Previous medical reception or healthcare experience is an asset but is not required
