Health care aides and Support Workers.
Qualifications
- satisfactory criminal record check, including vulnerable sector search
-Satisfactory adult and child record check
- Current first aid/CPR
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to respond accordingly to emergency situations, and observe changes in clients condition
- Meets safety standards in using equipment (lifts, wheelchair, and mobility aids
- Provide 3 references upon request
Duties and responsibilities
-Provide personal care in relation to care plan
- Assist with daily living (toileting, bathing, oral care, pericare)
-Assist with ambulation and mobilization (lifts, transfers, and exercise)
- Meal prep
- Medication reminders and assistance
-light house keeping
- laundry
- Accompany clients to medical appointments
- companionship
- Write a daily report and be in contact with Blossoms office if there are any changes in clients, Physical or emotional well being
Hiring for part time and full time
All shifts: Days, Evenings, and Night.
