Cancade Restoration, is seeking a reliable employee as a CLEANER.
This role is responsible for cleaning buildings and contents damaged by water, fire, smoke, sewer backup and mould. Cleaners provide exceptional customer service, content cleaning labour, packing of customer contents & jobsite cleanup.
Must be neat in appearance, bondable and hold a valid Manitoba drivers licence.
You must be available to work overtime, weekends and possibly out of town, when required.
Must work well with others, as well as independently or with little supervision.
Must be able to understand scopes of work and follow timelines. Ability to take direction and follow pre-established guidelines.
Capable of standing for extended periods of time
Must have your own CSA approved steel toe boots and be able to wear a respirator. Respirator and other required PPE will be provided to you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Thoroughly clean & sanitize contents and structures affected from fire & smoke residue, water, mould and sewer backup
Be able to work an upholstery/carpet cleaner, set up drying and odour eliminating equipment and work with cleaning, deodorization and antimicrobial products as required
Provide post construction cleaning to prepare house for occupancy
Follow procedures for cleaning structures and contents and handling of customers? possessions
Keep jobsite clean and professional, especially at the end of the day. Organize and remove all cleaning tools and supplies from property as required.
