2021 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel
2021 Keystone Cougar 30RLS. Purchased new in 2021, moved it to Onanole Mb(Clear Lake) and hasn?t moved since. It can be sold where it sits in a seasonal lot with the deck, shed and other outdoor items for a negotiated price, or it can be moved. The lot is just outside beautiful Riding Mountain National Park with a lot of amenities. Yearly price is around $2600 and RV can spend the winters there. RV is in mint condition and has never been down the road other than from Virden Mb to where it is located now. No issues with anything and everything works as it should. RV has 3 slides, 2 opposing(kitchen/dinette area) and one in the bedroom. Comes with a fairly new Simba queen bed, reclining sofa with heat and massage built in. Pull out sofa at the rear, 2 flat screen TV?s(living room and bedroom). Electric fireplace with heater, tons of storage space throughout, electric leveling! I will also throw in the 5th wheel hitch.
