Is the Sportsplex track done and ready to be used?

Is it open to the public? I’m wanting to use it for running in the evenings.

Yup it has been open for a while, lots of walkers and runners. ALSO today some Dad with two kids on a golf cart, round and round I kid you not. Probably a valuable driving lesson for the kids as bicycles are not allowed on the track but I guess it does not say "no golf carts".SOME PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

I saw workers there yesterday, I hope they are fixing the low spot at the West end that always fills with rainwater. Its a running/walking track, not a race track for your golf carts and bicycles.
