Who should get the next NHL Winter Classic?

In a few short years the NHL's New Year's Day outdoor game has become a huge part of it's season, drawing higher ratings than any other game during the season. With Wrigley Field in the books, speculation has started on who should host next year's game.
I just had a read of the linked article below. Being on ESPN, it is decidedly USA focused. Some of the possibilities they mention are Harvard hosting a Bruins game, New York hosting a Rangers game, Penn State hosting a Caps/Flyers game and possibly even San Jose hosting a game in California.
The article fails to mention Canadian possibilities. One would have to think that Toronto, Montreal and maybe even Vancouver would all be excited to get on board... and with the US hosting the last two, will they consider bring it North next year?
