Wheat kings moves

wondering what people think of teh trade the wheat kings made for Van de Valde...to me its like...this is supposed to be a mem cup team this year. And, this guy didnt make a team in Everett which isn't nearly as strong as the Wheat kings, so is there really room on our team for him? I'm just thinkg that if he couldnt make everett, why is he on a Mem Cup team?
ANd, Melnychuk has GOT to go...hes horrible, because not a game goes by where he doesnt make a mistake of some sort!
