Congrats to Matt Calvert, WHL Player of the Week for this past week. Including last night's six point game, Calvert racked up five goals and six assists in games against Prince George, Saskatoon and Regina.  
 
If they were to make an honorable mention, I'm sure it would go to Brayden Schenn for his two goals and ten points.  
 
Interesting to note that five of the nine Players of the Week so far this season have been from the East Division and eight of nine from the Eastern Conference.  
 
Andrew Hayes was of course POW for Sept 21-27.
