Bombers won't hurt financially

How can the Bombers say in public that by them losing won't hurt ticket sales.
I have been in sports and sports marketing for 15 years and that might be one of the biggest jokes I have read.
If the Bombers won last weekend and next weekend the Grey Cup would have been sold out for sure.
