A realistic analysis of Winnipeg as a potential NHL market

Came across the TSN.ca link below this morning and found it to be an interesting read.... an article and "scorecard" analyzing Winnipeg's potential viability as an NHL market. Your usual naysayers will point out some of the questionable areas such as the fact that Winnipeg has the lowest average income of all markets profiled..... but at the same time is also nearly tops in dollars spent per citizen.
