Custome BWK jerseys

I was considering with the Christmas money I've gotten on buying a custom Wheaties jersey with either Simek or Burki's name and number.
I've seen a few around that are customs and wondering where they got them done, I wan't them authentic, meaning actual name plates that are exact to what the players wear.
