Not directly WHL related, but does involve former Regina Pat Rick Rypien now of the Vancouver Canucks.....
In a game in Minnesota last night between the Canucks and Wild, a Wild fan said/did just enough to get under Rypien's skin as he was being taken to the dressing room after a fight. Rypien attacks the fan before being separated after a couple of seconds. Video clip is below. Based on what they saw the announcers don't seem to agree with the fan also getting kicked out.
