Buffalo vs. NY Rangers  
 
Rangers are much improved, but Buffalo is just too quick, too deep and too hungry. Sabres in 5.  
 
Ottawa vs. New Jersey  
 
This should be the better of the two East series. Ottawa has taken their lumps over the years but I really like the way they have things going this year. I'll say Sens in 6.  
 
Anaheim vs. Vancouver  
 
I really liked the way the Canucks elevated their game when they had to last night. I think Pronger & co will make life very tough for the Sedins though. They are very talented but still get out-muscled by bigger guys. I will pull for the Canucks, but predict Anaheim in 6.  
 
Detroit vs. San Jose  
 
Should be a dandy of a series. San Jose has a lot of bigger guys who won't have as much trouble getting to the areas the Wings were so successful in keeping the Flames away from. I'll go with San Jose in a hard fought 7 games.
