Wheat Kings/Rebels

Quite the display of dominance against a pretty green Rebels team last night.
A few random thoughts..
Great to see the kid line return to form. Schenn got the first goal out of the way and could have had a couple more. Glennie and Calvert gave the Rebels fits at times with their speed. Glennie is now tied with Galiardi of Calgary for rookie goal scoring.
I really enjoy watching Del Cowan out there. Always gives it 100% and hits with authority. Fits in really well on that fourth line.
Clark, Dittmer and Lowry continue to roll. Who'da thunk this trio had Fehr, Stone, Konsorada potential as far as all finishing right up there in league scoring.
Wheat Kings now have the best defense (2 goals against per game average) in the league.
Always enjoy watching Fehr play, but am I the only one that thinks he's looked a bit tentative since coming back from the concussion? Likely just a temporary thing.. it has to be scary when something like that happens to you.
Interesting to look up and down the Rebel roster and see how much change there's been since last season. I count just five players from their lineup last night that were on the team last year.
Mark Louis looked steady for the Rebels. He's going to get a lot of chances to play in key situations.
Thanks to Burger King for the Whopper. It'll go to good use!
