Correct. There were no one on the golf course except us and the 5somes ahead. This was a local 9 hole course. It wasn't busy. They saw us while searching for their balls in the rough. At this point, they could have waved us through, instead of making us wait for about 10mins on the tee box.
I agree that a common theme at golf courses around here let two many twosomes play instead of getting twosomes to join with other twosomes on a busy day. It's just common sense.
