Heritage Classic tickets

Does anyone know if there are tickets available to be bought by the general public for the Heritage Classic game on October 23 in Winnipeg. I have looked at the Jets sites and Ticket Master and some of the other resale links but can't seem to find a spot where it says "buy tickets". Were they just open to season ticket holders?

Ticketmaster does have some

I just went onto Ticketmaster and looked for the Winnipeg Jets and the 'Buy Tickets' was there. Here's the link
