Not Worth The Cost

I agree that it is not worth the cost. If office admin is something you are really interested in, I suggest investing the time and money to take the office admin diploma at ACC if able to do so. It is much more thorough and teaches a variety of skills from typing, Microsoft office programs, accounting, customer service, transcribing, minute taking, etc. The first year will give you the certificate and the second year, you can choose the medical stream or legal stream to get the full diploma.
I have dealt with many students from Robertson College who were just not equipped with the appropriate skills for an office position, and from what they told me, they were only taught basic customer service courses.
