How woman’s handle sexually harassed at work place ?  
 
Before taking my paternity leave I was being sexually harassed at work I went to HR but they didn’t help me they threaten me with fired me if I said something, I endured until I took my paternity but I have to back and I don’t want and I’m scare I don’t know what to do ?  
 
I feel like I shouldn’t never said anything about this in my work place.  
Can someone give me at advice?

Don't go back. Unless you signed a contract stating you have to return back to work after your leave, you are not obligated to return. I would simple look for another place of employment...  
 
Speaking as a woman, I was sexually harassed with my first job (I was 16) by my bosses son. Knowing what I know now I would have throat punched the guy and walked off the job. If only I could go back and do it it would have given me peace of mind.... not promoting violence, but actions need to be taken, whether that's a throat punch or simply walking away.....enduring it is not the answer. If HR won't help you, leave.

Do you feel like your experiences were clearly understood by the HR department or do you believe there was a miscommunication of any kind?

This is unbelievable, it really irritates me that this is allowed anywhere and to top it off. No other men in the workspace are man enough to speak up against this type of behavior. They're either too scared or they're completely oblivious. The only way you can speak up is in numbers and sadly, other women are probably scared of the same response you recieved. I would just leave the job if that's the case or have someone come and speak to this disgusting person about his actions. Pathetic and ignorant men all over the place. They need to be fired. There are plenty of other people looking to fill these jobs I'm sure. Such a sad world...I hope things work out for you

I wrote statements how they talk me and the end they didn’t believe that the guy denied the accusations and said my accusations were false very serious that I can’t do that kind stuff without any prove or witness wish I don’t have .

Did HR give you a response in writing?

Are you a man or woman? You ask about woman but then say you are on paternity leave, meaning a father's leave.  
Are you brave enough to tell the person in no uncertain terms to f*&k right off? I think I would handle a situation like that.

I’m a woman and I said paternity because that how it’s maternity 12 paternity 40 weeks

to HR and request a layoff notice and your separation slip so you can go on unemployment after your leave, thereby providing you with some income while looking for alternate employment. If HR threatened to fire you, if you were to pursue your sexual harassment complaint then there is more to this situation then you are advising us.

Parental leave not paternity leave, paternity leave is for fathers.  
 
Was a complaint actually filed or did they threaten you to not file?

I would print this out and bring it with you. Make your complaints in writing, and as suggested in the above document put times, dates, etc.  
 
I once was in a situation that I had to testify in. It can be dealt with if you follow the channels.  
 
Or if you don't like your job, and would feel uncomfortable staying even if the harassment is dealt with, then I would start looking for another job as unfair as that is.
