Any word on when the city gonna open up yard and/or garage sales?

I was also just wondering this. I’m not sure if they would have to be opened up what day? As long as you have less than 10 people. I’m not too sure how that would work but I’m definitely eager to some good deals

Retail stores are mandated to have a very strict cleaning regime. Highly doubt if you went to a garage sale, that every item would be sanitized.

The province is saying no to garage sales.

Garage sales are a popular activity in Manitoba, but they are not encouraged at this time. Public health orders continue to limit gathering sizes of no more than 10 people at any indoor or outdoor premises, including garage sales.  
 
In addition, garage sales are a higher risk setting because they are not associated with any recommended practices that retail stores must have in place. This includes how people could follow physical distancing guidelines, appropriate cleaning processes and options for cashless or no-contact payment.
