I was wondering, does it cost anything, to put an ad for selling a condo? I logged into my account, wrote my ad out, then went to submit and it went straight to pay pal. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

To list real estate ads, there is a charge.

There is a 99$ charge plus Gst the ad is good for 1 year, we used it same thing as soon as you finish writing ad it goes to PayPal.. It went through PayPal site and then we used visa to pay shows on visa as Sobkow.

Cost: Flat fee cost to place an ad in this category is $99 + GST. It will remain active for 365 days, or less should you choose to delete it sooner.

The price is well worth it!
We had more showings in the first 2 weeks then in all 3 months we were listed with the realtor.
