To mark an ad as sold you'd want to go to:
http://www.ebrandon.ca/login.aspx
and login using the lower form at the bottom of the page.
If you don't have the required ID/password they can be obtained by going to:
http://www.ebrandon.ca/login_reminder_classified.aspx
and submitting the form with the same email address you used when you submitted the ads. The system will send you an email with the ID/password for your ad, which you can use to login.
Once you're in, change status to sold and save.
Some prefer to outright delete, and that's their choice... but my recommendation is to leave the ad up as sold until it expires out of courtesy to those who may have been browsing the item previously so that they know of the status change.
