    Who regulates gas prices in brandon and area?

    Brandon and area has the highest gas prices around. Who sets the prices in Brandon and area? Who knows this question.  
    Some stations in other cities are mixed. But can get as low as posted below.  
    Winnipeg $1.34  
    Regina $1.30  
    Calgary 1.03  
    Toronto $1.30  
    Vancouver $1.49. Same prices as Brandon.

    Ridiculous how Ontario has cheaper prices then us !!!!  
    Absolutely makes no sense!!!  
    Someone in government needs to make a statement about this issue !!!! Not COVID!!
