I do have to ask, you say you never received the product or got all your money back.
1. How was the product paid for? Adam always tells people cash transactions are the way to go to avoid any problems.
2. Why would you pay someone on ebrandon for something without being there in person to actually receive the product?
3. Is it a case of you did meet in person but items were forgotten and you still haven't received them yet?
seems to me like the vendor may not fully be at fault in this case.
