Yes, I know there was a weather problem, and I tried to be patient. But the problem persisted. What I want is to be informed as to the problem without having to constantly call. Perhaps a heads-up posting on the website as to the current status. Or, better still, a pro-rated reduction in the monthly fee. Something....anything!!!
