Facebook scrolling problem

I use an iPad for Facebook. When I’m scrolling through posts my iPad will suddenly go back to the top on its own. Also if I click on a link and then go back to Facebook, Facebook goes back to the top rather than back to where I was in Facebook. Is there any way to stop that from happening? It’s very frustrating.

As far as I can tell it is just a FB "thing". Sometimes it does those things and sometimes it doesn't. Since it doesn't do the same thing consistently (at least not for me on my phones) I don't think there is any setting g I can change. It is frustrating.

Are you using a browser to access Facebook? You can try clearing your cache and temporary data. You can do this from your web browser's settings or preferences.

Sounds like it might be automatically refreshing? Had a similar problem with Twitter... Check the settings and see if there is anything for auto-refresh.

I cancel out of my webpages and restart my computer or iPad when that happens.
