What File system?

What are they at present JPEG, Tiffs, or something else.
If you right click on a file, go to properties and look at the letters after the full stop that is the saved file type.
If you download Irfanview (freebie) open the file and then you can change the type by saving as a new file whereby you choose the type. (JPEG being the usual)
