Ok here goes not sure if I titled it right this is what I want to do there is a lengthy ebrandon ad that I want to send to someone now ,how do I highlight it link it etc to someone's email address ?

Hi Ruby, if you go to the ad you wish to send.  
In the address bar at the top of your browser highlight the text, press Control and the letter c, then go to your email message to your someone and in the text part of the message press Control and v . The link will be in your message and when the recipient clicks on it will open that page in their browser.  
 
Edit To highlight you can hover your pointer over and either hold down control and move it along the text, or if you wish just right click choose copy.
