I accidently deleted emails from the trash can I retrieve from trash once gone ? I did try the instructions step by step no success I'm not very techy .

If you are using a webmail service, I doubt it (unless you have someone very skilled in retrieving your history). As for an onboard email client (like Thunderbird or Outlook), you may have better luck as you may be able to use a utility to bring it back as it should be on the hard drive.  
 
I don't know if places like Brandon Computers would offer such a service, but if you don':t know someone with the knowledge, i'de start there.

If you're using hotmail/outlook it does have a recover deleted items option if you go into the trash folder.

Who host your emails? Hotmail, Google, MTS or other hosting companies?  
It is possible these companies have backups of your emails on their servers.
