Does anyone else find it difficult to watch TV on WCG because it keeps stopping or buffering. Last night we gave up on two shows because of the constant issues.

Getting pretty sick of this and paying for PVR ad my shows not being able to play. I have only had westman since January and my old dish is beginning to look pretty good.

I’ve found that too lately, the show I’m watching will freeze then the boxes will reboot. My wifi has been awful too. I’ve recently upgraded my connection speed but haven’t noticed any difference. Not very happy with them

Well, I guess its nice to know we are not the only ones this is happening to. Ha ha  
 
So much for new technology. Give me the old tech so I can at least watch something without interruption

I had Shaw before switching to WCG and it was good except when it got stormy. Then I would lose signal. And with the weather we had last year, it happened a lot.

InfiniTV used to cut out a lot on the Smart TV which is the most used TV in the house. Perhaps because the TV and cable box are on two different wireless networks. But whatever. It turned out it was because the TV and router were too far apart after the TV was plugged into to the Prism box by ehternet cable before. Westman ended up replacing the router and modem as well as adding a repeater which as helped, even if the issues still happen. Just not as bad as before.  
 
On another note, it sucks that certain channels don't allow recording and so I have to wait until the timeshift at 10:00 to record a show. The absence of Netflix is understandable due to Netflix only allowing certain devices to use their app like Chromecasts.

Does anyone ever phone them? We have had them for years. Whenever there is a problem they are always so helpful.
