InfiniTV used to cut out a lot on the Smart TV which is the most used TV in the house. Perhaps because the TV and cable box are on two different wireless networks. But whatever. It turned out it was because the TV and router were too far apart after the TV was plugged into to the Prism box by ehternet cable before. Westman ended up replacing the router and modem as well as adding a repeater which as helped, even if the issues still happen. Just not as bad as before.
On another note, it sucks that certain channels don't allow recording and so I have to wait until the timeshift at 10:00 to record a show. The absence of Netflix is understandable due to Netflix only allowing certain devices to use their app like Chromecasts.
